As 2024 comes to a close, we at ApprenticeSearch.com want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you — our dedicated clients, supporters, and partners. This year has been a truly remarkable one, and we couldn’t have achieved these milestones without your continued involvement and support.

This year, we proudly celebrated 25 years of connecting skilled trades employers with apprentices through our innovative job-matching platform. With wrap-around support, such as job coaching and job-readiness programs like Gateway to the Trades, we’ve helped thousands of apprentices find their place in the skilled trades.

We are also thrilled to announce that we hit a significant milestone of 40,000 users this year! This achievement reflects the growing demand for skilled trades professionals and our shared commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry.

2024 Highlights:

• - Our critical employment-readiness program Gateway to the Trades resulted in 455 individuals hired in skilled trades positions and 188 new apprenticeships—and these numbers continue to grow daily.
• - We facilitated over 2,500 job coaching sessions, ensuring apprentices and employers are set up for success.
• - Over 150 skilled trades exploration workshops were held in communities, helping connect individuals with opportunities.
• - 1,000+ participants benefited from our Industry Speakers Series, featuring 20 industry networking events with 59 speakers and 12 Women Peer Mentorship Groups with 12 diverse and inspiring speakers from across various skilled trades.

We are so grateful for your participation in these initiatives and for your ongoing support of the skilled trades community. Together, we are making a difference and creating brighter futures for aspiring apprentices and the skilled trades industry.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to continue our work with you and further our mission to connect, educate, and empower the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
