I am a young female who has been looking to get into an apprenticeship for a number of years, yet did not know how to approach employers due to lack of experience. I saw your ad for this site in the Burlington Post last week and I looked up the site on Friday, and applied to a few positions. I have heard back from one of the employers, just to get my resume, but this is the closest I've gotten to breaking into a field in which I have no experience.
