Preparation and Training
To become an Industrial Woodworker you must complete Grade 12 with a secondary school diploma, before entering an apprenticeship of approximately 8,000 hours or four years of a combination of work experience and in-school training. You must also successfully complete the required examinations and hours of employment in order to be awarded a Journeyperson certificate.
